Tea Partys and Edgar Allen Poe

Hey fellow blog readers(:
Its been a weeks past sinse I blogged last and a lot of stuff happened. I have had basketball practice every day this week, Its gone good and I think coach likes me.
On friday was a no-school day for me. We decided to go to my grandma DeDe's, in Portland. Her house is sooo small for all of us but somehow everytime I go there you can just feel the love, Tims family loves to huge and tell you just how glade they are to see you! I recently learned that Kevin built it and sean put in the solor power(: Kaela and I were discusing it and we both agreed that was very special. When we got there DeDe was babysitting the girls, Tims youngest brother Michaels daughters Sicily(recently 10), Julia(6) and Claira(3). Lillian had a great time following them around. Michael and Ashley(michaels wife) are very fun to hang out with, I talked to them for a long time. Kevins kids, Kristin(16) and Thomas(12), stopped by and it was really good to see them! Although Kevin and Jennifer were on a date night(: So this is tims siblings.... Kevin is oldest, he married Jennifer and had Kristin and thomas, Then its Tim, then Its sean (hes not married), and the youngest is Michael. We had a awesome dinner and I played twister and hungrey hungrey hippos with everyone. The next day Sean came over. Kellen loved him, but Lilli was alittle unsure. Dont worry, Sean, she'll warm up soon(: WHile sean was there DeDes friend Val came over. I really liked her. She was really nice and Lilli thought so too! That day when everyone left and the babies went to bed, me and Kaela walked downtown by DeDes house and walked to the shop. We had 40 dollors to spend but we couldnt find anything! We went to a cool toy store, a book store, a bead store and a candy store and found nothing! But DeDe did by us smoothies from Starbucks(:
We went back to the house and had.....drum roll.....TEA PARTY!!!! Earlier me and kaela had made cardboard cut outs of the disney princess'!!!!! haha So we had a tea party with them and even DeDe was in on it! Somtimes i would pretend to be "Johnathon", Kaelas buttler.(: After that was dinner and a scavenger hunt! After the scavenger hunt it was my idea to come up wtih something to do. So with Lilli in bed Me and kaela went on the computer. I showed her some Edgar Allen Poe poems.

I stand amid the roar

That was his work, a dream with in a dream (my favorite.) We started to read The Valentine. Ill copy and paste hold on....

within the text. Can you find it? Hint: its an acrostic


Okay stop right here, read it for a while and try to figure it out. Kaela and I were detectives and we figured it out! We did some digging in his backround and found out alot of interesting things(:
Poe's death is still a mystery, some people think that he had rabies. Poe was married to virgina, who had health problems and died before poe, during that time poe wrote "the Raven", his most famous peice. His mother got in a car crash when he was 2 and a different family adopted him. He attended a military academy but broke the rules so much he got dismissed.
If i tell you more it might give you who the girl is. Lets move on and mabye Ill give the answer at the end.
